Team Coaching and Group Coaching:
Leveraging the inherent self-organizing capacity of teams and their collection wisdom, Cresca's approach to Team and Group Coaching, focuses on social construction being an enabler towards greater team consciousness and team purpose. This usually leads to greater ability to engage in constructive and authentic dialogue as a team.
Cresca also works with her Collaborators on their client's leadership programs for emerging and top talent, often lending coaching expertise to such programs, both at a group and individual level.
