APPROACH
By bringing greater consciousness to individuals and teams, Cresca endeavours to be an agent of positive change in its client's ecosystem.
Strengths based Change
Cresca draws upon strengths-based approaches to change such as Appreciative Inquiry, Emotionally & Socially Intelligent leadership and Positive Psychology, all of which are sound and proven scientific methodologies.
Humanistic Psychology Approach
Cresca emphasises the individual's innate potential for personal growth, by providing an accepting and empathetic environment for making meaning of the Self, towards creating a positive self-concept.
Systems Psychodynamics
In working with groups and teams, a Systems Psychodynamics approach is used, focusing the inquiry on individual identity in the group, collective group identity, decision-making, relationship to other organisational groups, power, competition and any other areas that emerge in the group. This approach uses the "here and now" experience of the team/group, taking a whole systems approach and considers this experience as a microcosm of how the team and individuals otherwise manifest in their different life dimensions. This also emphasises Cresca's approach to coaching which focuses on the Being versus the Doing.
Experiential Learning & Others
Cresca uses the principles of Experiential Learning in designing programs and interventions and also draws upon other disciplines, seeking to provide clients with an eclectic and diverse developmental canvas, such as Philosophical schools of Coaching, Mindfulness practices etc.
