Kavitha works extensively with leadership teams, both intact and other regional, country or functional teams. Working with the twin goals of individual and team development, she draws attention to the specificities of a leadership team, to addresses a number of issues - aggressive growth agendas, team conflict, constructive dialogue, working through a matrix and a lack of leadership capacity, among others. The design and facilitation elements are led by a number of approaches including systems psycho-dynamics, group and individual coaching, with or without the use of team-based 360 degree feedback and other instruments.
